Three Front Negotiations

Not content with the Syrian red line screw-up President Obama is about to outdo himself in screwing up foreign affairs.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Syria President Assad and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas have all appealed to President Obama to start negotiations. And just like the negotiations with the North Vietnamese in France the whole goal is to tie Obama up while they steal the cookie jar.

President Obama is so enamored with his disastrous Syrian red line fiasco and the media touting it as a genius negotiation move that Obama believes his own press. He is in total belief that his oration skills will win over his opponents. But this is not an election, this is world domination. And they don’t care how the media spins the stories as long as they win.

I predict that the Iranians will talk till their nuclear weapons are completed. The Syrians will do like wise till they have defeated the rebels (who may be just as bad as Assad). And the Palestinians will convince Obama that the Israelis are mean and he should stop supporting them. Well actually they won’t convince him, Obama already believes that the Israelis are the only thing blocking peace in the Middle East.

Meanwhile Putin will continue hunting and killing bears while shirtless and Obama will continue to hit the golf range and ride bicycles. The other world leaders will know that the USA has lost their spine and will quickly align themselves with the new world leader…Putin.

Putin to the Rescue

I can not stress the importance I give to the complete humiliation the USA received from President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry’s completely botched Syrian red line. Not only has it damaged the USA’s standing in the world it has also raised President Putin to the level of statesman and peace maker.

No matter how much the media spins it Kerry screwed up with his statement about if Syria disarming would solve the red line problem. And then Putin seeing a gaping opening took advantage of this blunder. And Obama went along with Putin elevating himself to lead negotiator.

Putin is playing chess, Obama is playing checkers, Kerry is playing Scrabble and Biden is still trying to figure out tic-tac-toe. It is complete humiliation. And I don’t think any of our leaders understand the loss.

Meanwhile the media keeps spinning it like Obama and Kerry planed this disaster from the beginning. But it was a total screw-up.

The USA lost worldwide credibility and the moral high ground. This will hurt our country for decades.

Syria Screw-up

President Obama is between a rock and a hard place. And it is all because of his own narcissistic belief in his omnipotence. I would laugh if it was endangering our troops.

He has totally screwed up the Middle East. His management of the Middle East by not managing has caught up with him. And his mismanagement of Syria is amongst his all time greatest foreign screw-ups. But I am not going to reiterate his mismanagement, which is already old news. Today I am predicting his upcoming screw-up.

He foolishly drew a red line in the sand believing his omnipotence would be apparent to Syria’s President al-Assad who would then cower in his bunker. Instead even Assad’s eleven-year-old son laughed.

Now President Obama has realized that he is looking like the buffoon that he is to the American electorate. He must correct this, but what is a buffoon to do now that his bluff has been called.

Well he could devastate Syria’s air force and take out major military installations. But that would need congress’s approval and would get us in a war. Which would expose him as the huge hypocrite he is after his excoriations of President Bush for ‘his’ wars. And getting congress to approve is highly unlikely.

Or he could do what I think is the most likely course he will pursue. He will launch some cruise missiles from well offshore so as not do endanger American troops and force him to give back his Nobel Peace Prize. He will target a few military sites which have already been evacuated because the President has already revealed his targets.

This of course will accomplish increasing our national debt for restocking our ships with replacement missiles… and that’s about it. Because he can’t actually attack the chemical weapons storage sites. That might cause the release of toxic gases and President Obama could cause the deaths of thousands of innocent Syrian’s. That wouldn’t do. And trying to attack all of delivery systems available is out of the question.

So we will lob a few missiles into Syria, Assad’s son will post taunts to President Obama on his Facebook page, the press will praise his protection of the Syrian people, Democrats will praise his diplomacy, the Muslim Brotherhood will claim he hates Syrians and so will Assad. And nothing will be accomplished. President Obama might have well just voted “Present”.

Sideways Move

Can't say what or why, but 2 Helena Handbaskets is limiting ALL postings for awhile. So I had to renew and revise my old blog. Sorry for the mess. Had one hell of a time even getting in. Forgot my password and had another identity Google was trying to use to make a new blog.

Lets just say that unlike the Handbasket master I am not encumbered by politics or work. In fact being retired I can say pretty much what I want as long as it is not libelous.

But also being retired I am not in the loop for local politics. So my postings will be more of a national interest with some state influence.

However I will also be taking contributions. Anyone out there wishing to post can contribute to darkman_52@'VERYWARM'mail. It is a throwaway account I have had for a very long time. It has no links to anything or anyone else.

Any posts will of course be subject to my approval with only myself to appeal to. As long as the posting is not profane and is of interest I will post it. And I will keep all identities secret unless subpoenaed.

IR Spin

The Helena IR printed the last of the political letters to the editor Sunday. They also insinuated that these were the last of the letters except for those that were unsigned or had no call back number.

The last five postings on this blog were all submitted to the Helena IR,... none of them were posted. All were submitted at their web site using their on-line form. All had name, address and phone number. All were conservative postings.

Now I'm not saying they are liars, but they did come out for Obama in the same paper. I believe they have a definite bias to the left. I'm sure they will disagree just like all of the other media giants who have shown enough bias that even the public is aware of their slant as well as independent studies. But they have proven to me that they are just somewhere to the left of Lenin and Marx,... the same as Obama.

Who Do They Represent?

The latest news says Governor Schweitzer now receives most of his campaign donations from out of state. This includes donors from the East coast and Hollywood.

Senator Baucus receives most of his campaign donations from the state of New York.

Senator Obama’s campaign is taking illegal donations from those who give more than is allowed and from characters such as Mickey Mouse. His campaign has modified their computers to allow them to take credit card donations without verification of the donor. He has received donations from foreign countries without verification the donor is a USA citizen.

So just who are the supporters they will represent? Certainly not Montana.

Montana will have the best politicians that money can buy this year. And at a cheap price too.

How Obama Became a Senator

As we approach the final days of this election it is relevant to ask how Barack Obama (d) became a senator. It was not is oratory or his promise of change nor even his policies. It was how he forced his opponent’s, Senator Ryan’s (r), sealed divorce records to be opened. Even though Senator Ryan was honorable enough not to force John Kerry’s (d) divorce records to be opened during his presidential bid. Dirty politics and personal attacks from Obama.

Recently we have seen how the left wing attack machine of the DNC attacked a private citizen who dared to ask a question of Obama. Using government resources to seek incriminating information on him.

We have also seen how the left wing attack machine has desperately searched Governor Palin’s (r) family seeking anything they could to use against her bid for vice president. Attacking her husband and children and her underage daughters ‘face book’ records.

This is what we have in our future should Obama be elected. Attacks of anyone challenging or even asking questions of Obama. A fascist country crushing any citizen who questions this government.

Is this what we really want for our country?

Senator Baucus for Censorship

Senator Baucus (d) is again running for office this year. But is this the man we need in Washington? Baucus along with 41 Democrat senators tried to get Rush Limbaugh admonished for a statement he made about a “phony soldier”, a man who claimed to be a decorated soldier. A man who lied about the Iraqi war to an adoring press. Who then was exposed to be a total fake.

Yet Baucus had nothing to say when Murtha (d) accused American soldiers of killing innocent civilians with no proof. Nor did he say anything when Murtha accused his own constituents of being racists and red necks.

No Baucus will forgive Murtha and join with Harry Reid (d) and try to censor free speech in this country. They will introduce a law innocuously called the “Fairness Doctrine” which is just an attempt to force liberal viewpoints onto talk radio.

Baucus’ indignation and view of free speech is tainted by partisanship. Is this really who we want to represent Montana?

Williams Ayers is not Equivalent

I had thought the DNC letter writing campaign to the Helena IR could not sink any lower. The bar was set extremely low. But somehow they managed to slither under it.

A recent letter compared an American veteran to William Ayers and found the two to be morally equivalent. A terrorist who is not repentant as suggested in the letter, but who’s only regret is that he didn’t blow up more buildings and kill more people. A man who to this day fights to convert America to communism while standing on an American flag and denouncing America.

I thought I knew how low the left would sink to elect Obama. I was wrong, they can sink much lower than anyone thought they would.

Obama is not the Messiah

Contrary to a recent letter the Helena IR published Jesus was not a community organizer. He was a carpenter and the son of God and God. He taught the word of God and created a new religion.

Frankly I am disgusted with this constant barrage of propaganda trying to create Barack Obama in the image of God. He is a man and not a messiah like his sycophant’s would have you believe. If you must try to compare him to a religious leader try Mohammad. I am tired of those of little or no faith trying to use mine for their political candidate. The bible warns of false prophets and Obama is not Jesus.

If you must compare him to a community organizer try comparing him to Adolph Hitler who was a community organizer.

Drill Now

The Democrats took a vacation while the country suffered with high gas prices. This after Nancy Pelosi (D) promised that Democrats would reduce gas prices two years ago. Yet Pelosi has said to her fellow Democrats that it is OK to lie to the public about not drilling. Lie to their followers, whatever it takes to get Democrats re-elected.

Democrats have refused to open up drilling off the USA coast with lame claims of American incompetence. At the same time China is drilling off the USA coast. If the Chinese can safely drill off of our coast line why are American companies banned from drilling? Russia and Cuba are also making plans to drill off the USA coast while Democrats continue to block American companies from drilling in the same areas.

The only question is if Nancy Pelosi (D) and the rest of the Democrats are forcing higher gas prices to manipulate a presidential election or if this is payback for all the illegal campaign donations from the Chinese? Don’t bother asking they will only lie, they have permission.

Helena IR Senatorial Pick

Well I expected the liberal IR to pick Tester and they did. But that was not enough. They also had to post two political cartoons that were anti-Bush and post two opinion writers who are ultra-left and anti-Bush. I guess they didn't think everyone would follow them over the cliff like lemmings without extra opinions.

Paul Krugman definitely has 'Bush Derangement Syndrome' and the highest liberal ranking at www.lyinginponds.com. Thomas Friedman is just behind him with a definite liberal bias.

On page 3E an article by Brad Foss even does a 'damming denial' that Bush lowered gas prices for the election. Although the article says no individual controls world gas prices it then goes on how the liberal are linking the 'temporary' price drop to Bush.

The Helena IR by posting this just before the election makes sure that Burns has no time to refute them. They pulled out all of the stops in their support of Tester. Their ability to pick winners is not that good and I expect Burns to still win.

The Helena IR is so liberal that if there was any competition in Helena I think they would die a quick death as conservative, libertarian, and moderates would abandon their subscriptions.

John Kerry

Well the biggest news in the nation doesn't seem to be of any importance to the Helena IR today. Either they think that John Kerry's stupid statement is not news or that John Kerry is not news worthy, either way it is not in the paper.

I tend to think that they just don't like to print bad news about one of their hero's.

As to Kerry's lame excuses,... I've heard better from two-year olds.

Expect a two point bump in the polls for Republicans because of Kerry.

Not to much to report on the opinion page as 'letters to the editor' has taken over.

The Helena IR picks have not been much of a surprise yet. Their choices seem quite obvious.

Fall of the IR blog

I have been lax with posts. Summer does have a way of interfering with things. The IR has also stopped with their blog. This leaves a big gap in blogging for Helena. I know there a lot of you who are just frothing at the mouth to blog. So I'm going to start this one up before I finish with my documentation of IR bias.

I will be emailing select individuals and hope that others learn of this blog throuh them.

To start lets try something tame. Will the Schweitzer plan for gasification of coal work or is he overeaching.

May 15

Kathleen Parker writes on parental alienation. No politics.

W1C A0 (I have no rating on Kathleen, will look further)

May 14

George Will writes how politics has gone down hill to a poll driven marketing of politicians. Only one thing on Bush and it is historical.

W3C A0

Ellen Goodman writes on the 'Mommy Wars'. One thing that bothers me, they keep quoting how mother if they were paid would get $100,000+ per year. If most people don't make that now where do they get that high a number. And how come you never read how much the 'Dads' would make with their extra hours per week. I think this is a heavily padded number.

W6L A0

May 12

Bob Herbert was a cheerleader for the Democrats today telling them need more moxie to defeat the evil Bush.

W4L A2L

David Brooks is pushing optimism. Odd, he didn't give Bush any credit for all the great things he says are happening.

Maureen Dowd rejoices at Bush's low poll numbers. Polls aren't enough, the pundints have to retread them.

Thomas Friedman does an article on how we are all doomed to this new world oil culture.

Bob Herbert today, compares Iraq to an incureable disease. Bobbie seeks out the worst and finds it, again. Although he was totally against the war he didn't acutally mention Bush.

W4L A6L

Nicholas Kristoff give a backhanded story on Bush. Says history will be harsh on him, except for his antislavery policies. Unlike global warming liberals can find one think they like about Bush.

May 9

David Brooks talks about delayed gratification and success. Another conservative not writing about polictics gets published in the IR.
